Account Manager
Overview
The Account Manager assists in planning, organizing, and implementing sales programs and in developing quarterly sales forecasts and other key performance indicators.
Job Responsibilities
Assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity where success-minded and driven individuals utilize attitude and ability, rather than history, to create and achieve the team's desired results.

Quality Manager
Overview
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that the established Quality Management System is maintained, understood, and executed by company management and staff in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and other recognized Quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Drive strategic Quality initiatives by working directly with internal/external customers and suppliers.
Ensure finished product meets internal, external, and third-party customer requirements.
Review, trend, and extrapolate data collected through the Quality System to identify possible system improvements.
Stay up-to-date and compliant with all regulatory agency and international standards.
Ensure adequate training of all company personnel that may affect facility compliance with applicable Quality policies and regulations.
Initiate, evaluate, and maintain procedures and processes.
Manage day-to-day activities of the Quality department, including:
Maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensuring that Quality standards are defined and followed by internal and external organizations.
Ensuring that Quality standards are defined and followed to meet the highest degree of satisfaction by our customer base.
Managing all company-wide Quality policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices to assure the company of continuous conformance with appropriate standards and regulations.
Collecting objective evidence and writing up audit reports to ensure that the Quality Management System is operating effectively.
Using process mapping techniques, lean, or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
Education
College degree or equivalent experience plus 7-10 years of Quality-related job experience (e.g., Quality Engineer) and 3-5 years of Quality Management experience.

Technical Product Support Specialist
Overview
The Technical Product Support Specialist provides technical product support to our customers using email and telephone and provides investigative, testing, and technical support of the company's products on behalf of customers.
The Technical Product Support Specialist also performs a variety of electronic and software tests on electronic equipment, subassemblies, and parts.
Job Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries in person and via telephone and email concerning systems operation. Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems. Recommend or perform minor remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation.
Discuss and verify with customer the assignments of electrical supply wires, signal, wires and related relay connections, modem, printer, cables, etc. Perform corrections to the configuration of application firmware and software. Ensure that all hardware and software are installed and configured according to specifications. Verify with customer that electrical power and electrical signals are reaching flow computer and that voltage and current are as specified.
Discuss with and direct customer in problem-solving communications to resolve problems associated with communications devices, including use of serial and Ethernet cables and sockets.
Devise, select, set up, and operate electronic instrumentation used for testing operational electronic equipment such as flow computers. Identify customer application software and hardware problems and translate test data for hardware and software engineering to formulate design modification and operating decisions.
May configure flow computers and related equipment, such as remote terminal units and programmable controllers, applying knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and programming in accordance with manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints.
Education
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus 2 years of industrial electronics (non-PC related) experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an industrial electronics (non-PC related) discipline.
Experience/Skills
Background in industrial measurement and control.
Working experience with energy industry standards and practices as related to flow metering devices and sensors, including transmitters, meters, electronics, and other devices used in measurement and related quality processes.
Experience with metering control systems using programmable controllers and data communications, including Ethernet/TCP.
Use of test equipment including, but not limited to, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, voltmeters, milliamp calibration, and anti-static procedures.

Must have a valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be able to get a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) within 90 days of hire.
Additional Information
May participate in after-hours standby rotation schedule approximately one week per month for providing support to customers who may have an emergency situation and require immediate technical support.
This position is based on a minimum 40-hour workweek and is an exempt position. Special projects and deadlines will require longer hours in excess of the minimum.

Windows Software Developer
Overview
The Windows Software Developer designs, develops, tests, and maintains software for support of the company's products.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, develop, test, and document computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Develop general algorithms and produce simple, well-documented code written in the required computer languages, such as C and C++.
Interpret project requirements and design specifications and statements of problems and procedures to create or modify programs. Generate design specifications based on this information.
Prepare flowcharts and block diagrams. Evaluate work product for performance, ease of use, and compatibility with existing products. Perform functional testing of work product to verify that it meets design requirements and specifications. Test work product for performance, ease of use, and compatibility with existing hardware and software.
Create documentation of well-commented code, written specifications, flow diagrams, functional descriptions, and/or program help files as needed. Analyze, review, and rewrite programs to simplify, increase operating efficiency, or adapt program to new requirements.
Maintain and understand the algorithms, standards, and terminology used in the oil and gas industry. Design, develop, and maintain processing code to implement these algorithms.
Produce all essential documentation needed to allow more detailed testing by Software QA and Technical Support staff to provide assistance in evaluating and debugging reported problems related to software and firmware. May also create additional information or documentation as required for Hardware, QA, Tech Support, and Sales and Marketing staff.
Assist other departments to solve operational problems. Recreate steps taken by user to locate source of problem and rework program to correct errors. Provide technical assistance to users of the program as required.
Keep all code and documentation safe and secure by adhering to procedures and standards set forth by OMNI for archiving and system backups.
Follow department guidelines and procedures for releasing programs or firmware for general use and shipment.
Education
Associate's degree (AA) in computer science, electronic/electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent plus at least 5 years of related programming experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience and knowledge of computer programming languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, and Visual Basic.
Experience/Skills
At least five years of programming Windows MFC applications (SDI/MDI), strong C++ coding skills, and requirements and design writing experience.
Experience working in settings of five or more developers.
