Notice of Product Price Increases

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing you to inform that we are implementing a price increase on our products.

Effective immediately, there will be a 15% increase on domestic orders and 20% increase on international orders of all OMNI products.

OMNI has maintained constant pricing for several years , absorbing many supply chain increases without impact on customers. The ongoing disruption of the global supply chain for the past three years has drastically affected production and distribution costs for manufacturers. The shortage of raw materials and electronic components and resultant lead times have also been beyond the control of manufacturers and customers alike in most industries. Unfortunately, in this extended inflationary period, OMNI must pass on these additional costs. Product prices must increase to ensure the sustainability of our supply chain and inventory management.

OMNI has done everything in its power to mitigate the impact of this situation. This decision has not been taken lightly. It must also be noted that OMNI’s production schedule to guarantee product demand has required multi-year non-cancellable contracts totaling several million dollars. The shortage of raw materials and electronic components during these inflationary times has been beyond the control of manufacturers and customers alike in most industries. We remain committed to providing our many customers world-wide with the same high-quality products which have been recognized for their quality, durability, and ease-of-use performance without custom programming since 1991.
