These initiatives added to internal actions allow us to ensure you that OMNI has sufficient stock to support our large installed base worldwide, future orders, critical repairs, and warranty replacements.
We understand that this unforeseen global situation continues to cause frustration. Some customers may receive offers outside OMNI to upgrade their computers from unauthorized service providers who may potentially use non certified OMNI components from unknown sources. Therefore, we need to emphasize that only OEM factory-tested and supplied replacement parts are recommended. Maintaining operational uptime and avoiding compromising the electronic and software integrity of the flow measurement system must be a customer’s primary objective.
