Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule a class, please let us know as soon as possible. OMNI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at any time. In such event, you will receive a 100% refund of your tuition.
Online Course TR6100:
- At least 2 business days prior to scheduled training date: 100% refund or reschedule within one year.
- Less than 2 business days prior to scheduled training date: $100.00 cancellation/ rescheduling fee, with refund of remaining balance for cancellations or rescheduling within one year.

No refund.
Courses TR6300, TR6400 & TR7000:
- At least 15 business days prior to scheduled training date: 100% refund or credit toward a future training date within one calendar year of original training date.
- Less than 15 business days prior to scheduled training date: 10% cancellation fee or $150.00 rescheduling fee, as applicable. Remaining funds will be refunded or credited toward a future training date within one calendar year of original training date.

You may substitute attendees at any time. However, we request 48 hours' notice to update class materials.
